At Neutral Buy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Include all original tags and accessories
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or receipt

The return request must be made within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

• Return instructions
• Return shipping label
• Return shipping address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $15 USD return shipping fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Refund Calculation:
Item Price + Applicable Taxes − $15 Return Fee

Return Deadline

Returned items must be shipped back and postmarked within the 30-day return window. Returns shipped after this timeframe may be rejected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 4 hours of delivery at contact@neutralbuy.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items and hygiene products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging and condition
• With tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@neutralbuy.com.
