Welcome to NeutralBuy. We strive to provide a transparent and seamless shopping experience. Because our premium essentials are directly sent from our specialized fulfillment partners in East Asia, we are able to offer Free Worldwide Shipping while maintaining the highest quality standards.

1. Shipping Times

To provide you with the best value, we ship directly from our production facility. This allows us to cut out the middleman and pass those savings on to you.

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Quality Control & Packing).

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–12 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. While most orders arrive on the earlier side, factors like customs processing and local postal delays can occasionally extend these windows.

2. Global Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.

  • You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • Note: It may take 3–5 days for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system after you receive the code. This is normal as the package moves through international sorting centers.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For the majority of our customers (including the US, EU, and UK), packages typically arrive without additional customs fees. However, NeutralBuy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or the Lunar New Year), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance if you are purchasing a gift for a specific date.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at contact@neutralbuy.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to our support team so we can resolve the issue for you.
