Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible items that meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
To qualify for a refund:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
• The return must be approved before shipping the item back
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care and hygiene items
• Items returned damaged due to customer misuse
Return Shipping Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $15 USD return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds will include:
Item Price + Applicable Taxes − $15 Return Shipping Fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery at contact@neutralbuy.com with clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• Full refund
• Replacement item
• Store credit
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

• Contact your credit card provider
• Contact your bank for processing updates
